Q: If I ordered today, when would I get my parcel?

A: If ordered before 3pm, you will receive your order next day – if it’s a Friday you will receive your items on the following Monday.

Q: I am updating a system a customer already has, and they want to keep some of their current cameras but upgrade the DVR and some cameras.  If I order a DVR from you, will their current cameras work on the DVR as well as the new ones?

Q: Is it possible for my parcel to be delivered before 10.30am tomorrow?

A: Yes, we offer a pre 10.30am service through DPD. For more information please see our delivery information.

Q: What are video analytics?

A: Video analytics are a range of features which can improve any CCTV system. You only have access to these features when using analytic cameras and NVRs together. For further information please click here.

Q: Can I have audio with a camera?

A: We don't sell any cameras with any built-in audio apart from the OEM 4MP 3.6mm Mini Ball Domes. With other cameras, you can have audio if your DVR/XVR/NVR has audio ports on the back. To have audio you will need to run a separate audio back to and from the camera.

Q: What is ONVIF? 

A: ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) is a global and open industry forum, with the goal of facilitating the development and use of a global open standard for interface for all IP-based security products. ONVIF was created to make a standard way of how IP products within CCTV and other security areas can communicate with each other.
